Brenda Grow, M.A., AMFT
I’m Brenda Azucena Grow, a California Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges. My approach blends evidence-based techniques with warmth and a deep commitment to fostering healing and growth.
I specialize in working with children, teens, and adults, including first-generation students, neurodivergent individuals, and those experiencing anxiety, life transitions, or academic stress. My goal is to provide a supportive space where you feel understood, empowered, and ready to thrive.
My therapy style is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs. Whether you're navigating the complexities of parenthood, exploring identity, or seeking balance in your life, I aim to equip you with tools for resilience and personal growth.
I have over a decade of supporting families and individuals in various capacities ranging from being a full spectrum doula, a caregiver, and now as a mental health therapist.
I feel especially called to work with Neurodiverse folks as a late-diagnosed ADHD woman myself.
